UltraTax CS™ Office Tools
The Office Tools in UltraTax CS offer efficient and flexible features that can save
you time through the Client Status and Data Mining capabilities. This class will:
- Discuss the Office Tools most firms use, and the Office Tools available in
UltraTax CS.
- Enhance the tracking and interaction of your client data with the Client Status
feature to define, set up, and log events related to your clients.
- View the status summary: print standard client listing reports, view custom
status in graph or grid format, export data to a spreadsheet, and use the Home
Page to glance at key activities.
- Easily identify your clients' tax and accounting needs, pinpoint tax savings
opportunities, and target your client communications effectively by using the Data
Mining feature.
- Examine the various ways you can data mine to present results: print standard
reports, create custom reports and letters, email client letters, export search
results to a file, and generate mailing labels.
